Our story

Built together

John and Jess share experience in strength and conditioning, athletic development, program design, individual coaching, and team training. They frequently coach together, while also leading sessions independently based on scheduling and the needs of each program.

Regardless of who leads a session, every client receives the same shared coaching philosophy, attention to proper technique, and commitment to steady progress.

John and Jess both coach, design programs, communicate with clients, and help lead the growth of Fenton4Fitness. Depending on scheduling, either coach may respond to an inquiry or coordinate a training session.

Good. Better. Best.

Progress over perfection. Proper movement. Positive accountability. Strength and confidence that carry beyond a single session.

Stay Calm. Stack Wins. Keep Going.

One Team. One Goal. All In.
